Case Study #1 - Financial Services Company

Problem: Individual staff members were handling the day to day computer problems with limited abilities and success.

Assessment: Productivity was being lost whenever the staff would handle a computer problem, and when they couldn't solve the problems on their own, an outside consultant would need to be hired for an hourly rate.
